Erikson Springs is a campground on the Anthracite Creek which offers hiking and horse trails to explore.    There is also fishing, and ATV's allowed on the property.   Restrooms and picnic area.

Hidden Lake on top of a mountain peak!  Lost Lake, Dollar Lake, and Lost Lake Slough all have amazing views with fishing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, camping, hiking trails and bathrooms.

Ohio Creek Pass

The Ohio Creek Road is a beautiful scenic drive, whose highlights include Ohio Creek, alpine beaver ponds, the West Elk Wilderness, the Gunnison River, ghost towns, waterfall and geological remnants of ancient volcanoes, you’ll climb up Ohio Pass.  It is right off Kebler Pass Road near Lake Irwin.

Paonia Park is on a 337-acre reservoir with motor boating, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, paddleboards, water skiing, small beach, horse riding, and cross country skiing.  April–August, weather permitting.

Crystal Mill near Marble

Small mountain town with marble gallery, Crystal UTV Rentals, Gear Rental, and Slow Grooving BBQ, hiking, and lakes. The Crystal Mill, or Old Mill is an 1892 wooden powerhouse located above the Crystal River in Crystal, Colorado.  Also has a small Ghost Town.

In Delta there is a Walmart, Drive In Theater, Antique Shops,  Confluence Park and Recreation Center with pool, and restaurants.

Telluride is a former Victorian mining town set a the base of a Ski and Golf Resort.  It is nested in a lush canyon surrounded by some of Colorado's most rugged peaks.  


The town’s historic landmarks are the Sheridan Opera House built in 1913, and the Telluride Historical Museum built in 1896.

Durango is 110 miles from Telluride and there is the famous Silverton Train Ride.   The train was from 1882 travels between the historic mining town of Silverton and the railroad-built town of Durango, Colorado viewing stunning vistas beside the pristine Animas River San Juan Forest through wilderness inaccessible by roads.   Durango also has an amazing Hot Springs.
